A SaaS built from scratch, and the outbound engine behind it
Building a product for a market that didn't exist yet is one thing. Finding your first customers when nobody is searching for the solution is another. We did both.

Galyon dashboard — visibility tracking by model
Where it started
There is no before here. The product didn't exist, and neither did the market.
The starting observation was simple: more and more buyers ask ChatGPT or Perplexity before they open Google. Brands have no idea what those answers say about them, or which competitor is named in their place. Existing tools were built for enterprise, priced and structured well beyond what a small business could use.
Our work
- 01The product, from first line to launchFull SaaS build: daily scans across four models, visibility tracking, sentiment analysis, competitive ranking, prioritised actions. Designed to be read by an owner, not an analyst.
- 02Pages that show the problem before selling anythingPublic comparison pages generated per brand: what the AI models actually answer, and which competitor holds their spot. Each page is both an SEO asset and a personalised sales argument.
- 03Targeting built from the data itselfWe scraped the brands surfaced by those comparisons. This isn't a bought list — every company contacted has a problem we already measured.
- 04A sequence that opens with proofCold email sending each brand its own scan. No deck, no product pitch: the prospect sees their result, then decides whether to fix it.

Practices involved
Three of our practices ran on this project. Development to build the product, growth for the outbound sequence, automation for page generation and contact enrichment. It's the only case where we built both the tool and the channel that sells it.
